Prestige beauty brand Elmira beauty Line will make its big Dubai debut on 19th March in the bid to expand in the GCC market. The Elmira Beauty Line will showcase its splendid collection of luxury non-surgical skin care and anti-aging beauty treatments, with their patented 3D hardware cosmetology machines featuring the brand’s high tech transdermal device Beauty Skin Care.
